Wine-making process:
So pressing of grapes, fermentation in steel vats
and small oak casks at controlled temperature, aer which wine is kept in contact with the yeasts by batonnage (stirring). Successively the Franciacorta wine is prepared for draing and re-fermentation in the bole where it is aged on the yeasts for 24 months.

Straw yellow with golden reflections and very fine perlage.
Smell
Fragrant notes of grilled bread, yeast and minerals.
Taste
It is firm and well-structured, savory and deep, and fades softly on toasted and mineral nuances.

Versatile, it pairs well with first courses such as cured meats, fish or chicken, guinea fowl, veal and rabbit meat cooked on the grill or roast, stewed or in sauce, and also with soft cheeses.
